Washington DC N.E. KOA
This is the nearest KOA to Washington, D.C.; Baltimore; Annapolis; and Six Flags Amusement Park (discount tickets available). Guided tours depart for D.C. daily, and free transportation takes you to D.C.'s transit system. Set on 50 acres of rolling countryside, the campground includes Kamping Kabins, Lodges and a tree-shaded pavilion. KOA summers hum with activities from flashlight lollipop hunts to pony rides to line dancing (and occasional wine and cheese get-togethers). Pick up D.C. and other souvenirs from the store. Directions DC I-95 to US 50 East to 3 North Exit Veterans Highway or Baltimore I-695 to I-97 Exit 10A. Follow KOA or blue camping signs.
